Lake Vrmdza

Lake Vrmdza is a small, natural lake located at the lowest point of mountain Rtanj. It is about 15 km from Sokobanja and 3 km from the village of Vrmdza.

It is convenient for daily trips, fishing and recreation. Next to the lake is a noticeable circular hiking trail. Its starting and ending point is the ancient city of Vrmdza. The village of Vrmdza can be reached by the asphalt road, and then by macadam road to the plateau where the lake is located.
