The water park ‘Podina’ is 1.5 km away from the center of Sokobanja. It was built within the sports and recreational complex ‘Podina’. This amusing water complex is built on an area of 1.5 ha and can accommodate about 2500 visitors.
The complex contains: a semi-Olympic swimming pool with sports equipment, a recreational swimming pool with water mushrooms for children and adults, a swimming pool with 3 slides and a children’s pool with water attractions and playing equipment.
There is a summer bar with drinks in the centre of the water park. There are also green areas and flower beds around all pools, sunbeds, refrigerators with ice cream, umbrellas. There are accompanying facilities (locker rooms, showers, toilets) within the main building.
The water park ‘Podina’ is an ideal place for summer fun and leisure. It offers a combination of family relaxation and fun with a variety of enticing water features. The most visited and, at the same time, the most attractive part of the water park, is the pool with slides, and water attractions at the children’s pool, octopus slide, cobra slide, water tower, dolphins, giraffes, massagers…
The water park is well-lit, which provides the occasions for night swimming and organizing various fun night events.
