The campaign “Days of Serbia” in Sofia

Tourist Organization of Serbia (TOS), as part of its activities in promoting tourist offer of Serbia in regional tourism markets, as part of the campaign “Days of Serbia”, on 19th of May 2017. in Sofia (Bulgaria) organizes:

  1. Presentation of tourist offer of Serbia at the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Sofia from 13:00 to 15:00 pm. On this occasion, tourist offer of Serbia, summer festivals, “city break” destinations, and rich serbian cuisine will be presented to representatives of the media and the tourism industry from Bulgaria.

The presentation will introduce the “city break” destinations Belgrade and Nis, and also Dragačevo, Ivanjica, summer festivals „Nisville“, „Beer Fest“, „Nušićijada“, „Guča trumpet festival“, „First Accordion – Sokobanja“.

During this promotional event, during the music program Nisville festival will be presented and representatives of the Embassy in Sofia, Tourist Organization of Serbia, City of Belgrade and local tourism organizations, as well as festivals organizers will adress to the audience. After the presentation, tasting of serbian cuisine specialties, will be organized.

  1. Promotional event for the audience on the Square “National Palace of Culture” – NDK from 18:00 to 19:30 pm.

At the promotional event on the square in Sofia, local tourism organizations will present its tourist offers. In the musical part of the program the orchestra of Stefan Mladenovic, the winning band of Guča trumpet festival in 2015. and Milan Milicevic with his orchestra, winner of the festival “First Accordion – Sokobanja” in 2016, will perform. As part of this performance orchestras will present serbian folk, accordion jazz and film music, as well as Serbian folk music with modern details.

The media campaign of the Tourist Organization of Serbia in the region is very important in the positioning of Serbia, as a summer tourist destination, and as such is accompanied by announcements in social networks, print media and TV stations and billboards.
