Devica, is in the southeast of Sokobanja’s valley, and according to the local legend it is Sokobanja’s protector named by the Holy virgin. It is also rich in flora and fauna. There is Marko’s Cave at the foot of Devica, near the river Moravica’s spring. According to the legend Prince Marko’s horse Sarac left a hoof print in the stone at the entrance of the cave. Tourists with experienced guides can enjoy the view from the top of Ostra cuka (1074 m), in an extraordinary environment and different karst landforms.
